temperatures, rainfall etc so we now have this weather page. A great addition also is the
Coptic Calendar, this ancient calendar of winds in the area is incredibly accurate.....

Strange weather
We do have little whirlwinds in Cyprus, they only take the roofs off houses occasionally, nothing major to worry about. You will also see small water spouts on occasion (I saw 3 in a row in about 1985 - dancing ladies on the water). The rain comes thick and fast
sometimes...stop the car and wait, it can be faster than your windscreen wipers.
