A 44 foot Cheoy Lee Ketch. Built in Hong Kong in 1973 of Glass fibre , she has teak decks and interior. She has been cherished by her owners ,who planned to spend the rest of their lives on her, but due to unforeseen circumstances are now to retire to South Africa and so part payment in Rand is a possibility. Accommodation Muscadine has a Large comfortable Saloon with 7 foot headroom. Settee seating for 6 at a fixed table (clear of the centre line) This can be converted to a double bed if required. Super easy to use Galley on Stbd side with double sink. H/C. Over 10 sq. feet of working surface S/S 3 burner oven + grill, drinks cabinet + lots of cupboards Enormous aft cabin (en suite heads with shower and hand basin) Double + single.
